Customer Support Executives provide information related to products/services and resolve queries or problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. In short, CSRs are responsible to ensure satisfaction of clients. They help customers, talk to clients pateiently and passionately. They put themselves in their customer's shoes and advocate for them when necessary. At Webpulse, Customer Support Executives are also responsible to sell add-on services to client, upgrade their service package, ensure renewals of our services.
